Everything was sorted out without any stress, so no complaints from me. Overall, it was a good experience.

I did get my item in the end, so I guess that part was fine. But customer support was slow to get back to me after I bought it. The product seems okay so far, but the whole waiting around for a reply made the experience feel a bit less reassuring
